- The wall thickness of silos, chimneys, stair cages (or similar tubular structures such as water towers, television towers, tanks, containers...) should not be less than 160 mm.
- The thickness of wall panels should not be less than 150 mm.
- The distance between two horizontal rigid walls should not be less than 1.5 m and should not be more than 40 times the wall thickness (for unreinforced concrete), or 50 times the wall thickness (for reinforced concrete). ).
- The distance between the horizontal wall to the free edge should not be more than 10 times the wall thickness.
- Arrangement of wall systems should be balanced, preferably symmetrical about the center or axis of the building and avoid large eccentricities between the center of stiffness and the combined load on the building.
- The design needs to check the strength and deflection of the building under the influence of vertical loads and wind loads when the structure has no horizontal floor.
- In the same house, it is advisable to design the same load-bearing wall structure in all floors (including the basement). The width of the window or door openings should not be more than 2 500 mm.
- Should unify the position of the door hole in all floors, in the same floor, the height and height of the doors should be the same.
- Reinforced reinforcement around the waiting hole should not be placed diagonally at the corner, should be placed vertically and horizontally around the hole.
- Concrete designed for the project should not be less than grade B20 (concrete has a compressive strength of 25 MPa).
- The reinforcement of the building should be reinforced with ribs of CB300-V or CB400-V group, the diameter should not be less than 10 mm. If the structure has two layers of steel, the horizontal reinforcement should be located outside the vertical reinforcement. Between two layers of steel, there must be anti-bulging reinforcement, the diameter and distance between these reinforcements should be selected according to calculations.
- The length and shape of each reinforcing bar need to be selected so that it can be arranged and connected in the very narrow space below the horizontal beam of the lifting rack.
- If the jack is used to act as reinforcement, the calculated strength should be reduced from 10 % to 25 %.
- Should use anchor bolts instead of buried details. If a pre-buried part is required, it should have a structure that is easy to install, easy to fix and should not be designed to protrude from the concrete surface.
