Making a pre-engineered warehouse similar to building a pre-engineered factory is a pre-engineered steel building mainly composed of a pre-engineered steel frame. All prefabricated warehouse components are fabricated and installed according to planned architectural and technical drawings.
The process of making a pre-engineered warehouse goes through 3 stages: designing and processing components and finally transporting and assembling at the construction site. The components are fabricated synchronously when transported to the assembly site into the warehouse, which is quickly completed.
All main and secondary structural members of the warehouse are cut, punched, drilled, welded and formed into a basic shape consisting of 3 components: the main frame system (columns and truss), the secondary structural member. in which are purlins, top struts and wall beams; rolled-formed steel sheet (roof and wall panels).
The main structural components are always guaranteed in quality by being manufactured according to standards and rigorous testing procedures when assembling the item-by-item structures linked together by bolts.
Prefabricated warehouse can be installed with various structural accessories easily and flexibly and expand the workshop when required. Usually prefabricated warehouses fitted with mezzanine floor structures, flat-floor cranes on the roof, elevated walkways, roof frills and partitions are added when the investor adds more details during the assembly process. Make a good waterproof prefabricated shed using vertical termite roof systems, drainage components and roof frills. This is considered a flexible solution to meet all functions and exterior decoration to achieve a beautiful warehouse model that satisfies both the idea and the function.
To make a complete pre-engineered warehouse, all steps are detailed by the team of architectural engineers calculated on construction drawings and closely monitored from each stage.
- Construction of the foundation (installation of foundation bolts at the correct height, core center and fixed welding)
- Erection of main steel frame for warehouse (check bolts, erect truss frame and erect main frame, erect purlins, purlin struts)
- Construction of the roof (requires all pillow points of the corrugated iron sheet to be on the purlin bar)
- Construction of the wall and construction of the warehouse floor (concrete pouring for the warehouse floor)
- Finishing (installation of windows, main doors, power lines, fire protection systems, lighting systems and general cleaning of the warehouse)
- Periodic maintenance and maintenance of the works after being put into use
