✨ Organize and operate the construction site, coordinate the subcontractors on the rational use of ancillary works, works in service of construction to avoid receiving charges; use, protect the premises and maintain security and order at the site. Subcontractors must comply with the general construction contractor's direction and administration regarding the construction of the site.
✨ Make a plan and reach an agreement with the investor on the implementation progress of construction stages and major work items, payment plan of the contract.
✨ Organize the procurement, manufacture, and supply of materials and equipment according to requirements and schedule of performance of general contractor contracts; agree and agree with the investor on the content of the bidding documents for the procurement of major technological equipment, the contractual equipment procurement costs on the basis of the equipment bidding results (if there is an agreement in the contract).
✨ Organize a quality management system and ensure the quality of work in accordance with regulations on construction quality management and contractual agreements.
✨ Organize, coordinate and manage site activities; take measures to ensure environmental hygiene, prevent fire and explosion, work safety and security on site.
✨ Actively coordinate with the investor in organizing the training of managers and operators using the project; carry out the technology transfer, hand over technical drawings and documents related to the operation, use and maintenance of the project to the investor.
✨ Carry out testing, adjustment, and synchronous commissioning of the project and hand over the completed project to the investor according to the contract agreement and State regulations.
✨ Make warranty works according to the regulations of the State.
✨ Take responsibility before the law and the investor for the quality and progress of the work performed under the signed contract, including the work performed by a subcontractor and must pay compensation for damages caused by your error caused.
