Porous lightweight concrete or commonly known as normal aerated concrete is not autoclaved. Produced from cement sand, foaming agent, light concrete admixture, reinforced PP fiber… Lightweight concrete creates a interconnected pore-bubble structure. This structure has the effect of increasing the volume and reducing the weight of the concrete mix. Thanks to the effect of foaming agents and additives, features such as thermal insulation, heat resistance, fire resistance and sound insulation are the advantages of this lightweight concrete.

+ Mix the foaming agent with clean water in the ratio 1.30: 1/40
+ The mixture is passed through the foaming machine to create smooth white air bubbles and evenly porous.
+ The generated air bubbles are mixed with a concrete mixture of Portland cement, sand, and clean water. The ratio between air bubbles and concrete mixture is from 500 : 600 liters of air bubbles for 1 m3 of fresh concrete.
+ Add reinforced PP fiber to the lightweight concrete mix at the rate of 5kg/1m3 of fresh concrete.
+ The foam concrete mixture is spread evenly through the lightweight concrete mixer system. After forming a quality mixture, it is pumped from the pump to use depending on the purpose
CLC foam concrete mixture after being created from the pump will be taken out by the pump. The concrete pump puts the mixture into the CLC lightweight concrete block mold. Brick molds are shaped according to pre-designed production dimensions

The curing and curing time of CLC foam concrete mixture in the casting mold until the strength is reached. Remove the brick molding and bring the CLC ultra-lightweight bricks to the gathering area
In the case of using large molds. After the mixture reaches the strength, it will use an automatic lightweight concrete block cutter. The steel wires are adjusted to the size of the small concrete bricks. The cutting and shaping is carried out quickly, neatly and monolithically, after cutting, it is transferred to the gathering place.
The air-bubble lightweight concrete mix is pumped directly onto the roof as a heat-resistant solution. This is a simple and effective way to make lightweight concrete. Requires a stable roof structure.
How to make EPS foam concrete: EPS foam particles are selected to ensure quality and do not contain impurities. Mix concrete and foam particles with foaming agent in the ratio: 25 kg of EPS foam / 5m2 of porous concrete / 1 liter of foaming agent
After being mixed, the porous concrete mixture should have reasonable plasticity. We evaluate the plasticity as a paste like toothpaste. If too loose means too much water, the EPS foam particles will tend to float to the surface. This causes the poor quality porous concrete mix to separate.
How to make EPS lightweight concrete floor: prepare a mold for pressing lightweight concrete slab with 02 layers of wire mesh according to the previous design. Proceed to pour the EPS lightweight concrete mixture after mixing into the plate molding. EPS concrete is designed with dimensions such as 1200x600x100mm, 1200x 600 x 150mm, 2400 x 600 x 150mm. Dimensions can be adjusted depending on the purpose and design according to production requirements.
After the concrete mix cures set the allowable strength. Proceed to remove the lightweight concrete panel molding. EPS lightweight concrete panels are gathered and transferred to the construction site of the assembled lightweight concrete floor.
