Article 1: Content of the agreement
Party A and Party B agree on the fact that Party B undertakes the construction of pre-engineered steel buildings for Party A and Party A is responsible for accepting payment for Party B.
Article 2. Subjects of the Contract
The subject of the contract is a pre-engineered steel building with the following construction process defined.
Article 3. Quality of raw materials
Ensuring the quality of raw materials according to the agreement of the two parties specified in Appendix 1.

Phase 01: Design of pre-engineered steel buildings

Stage 02: Processing steel structures
From the steel plates, proceed to cut according to the drawing table into loose billets, bring the chamfer, then switch to the welding job of two billets together. The machined plate will be punched with connection holes for bolting, in order to connect the steel structures together.

Article 6. Construction safety

Article 7. Construction acceptance

Article 11. Responsibilities of the Parties

Article 12. Termination of contract

Article 13. Force majeure
