Using land structure

According to Decision No. 230/QD-TTg dated February 23, 2021 of the Prime Minister, the project of investment in construction and infrastructure business of Tan Duc Industrial Park is invested by Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company. The project is implemented with a total investment capital of 1,200 billion VND, of which the state's contributed capital is 400 billion VND. The project has a scale of 300 hectares in Tan Duc commune, Ham Tan district.

Specifically, in 2021, the investment preparation procedures for Tan Duc industrial park will be carried out such as: Issuing investment certificates, making investment deposits, design appraisal and licensing of industrial park infrastructure construction; announced land acquisition and focused on completing compensation and clearance by the end of 2021; at the same time, implementing infrastructure construction (rainwater drainage, waste drainage, water supply, lighting,...) phase 1 of the industrial park; implementing investment procedures to build the resettlement area of Tan Duc Industrial Park in order to provide accommodation for displaced households.

In 2022, continue to invest in technical infrastructure of Tan Duc Industrial Park; completing the infrastructure of the resettlement area of Tan Duc Industrial Park; at the same time, investing in water supply channels to serve Tan Duc Industrial Park from Bien Lac - Ham Tan canal and water supply works to the fence of Tan Duc industrial zone; This year, the investor unit strives to attract secondary investment to fill 30% of the industrial land for lease.
