
Ham Kiem Industrial Park I was established by the Prime Minister under Document No. 1022/CP-CN dated 19/7/2004 on the policy of building Ham Kiem industrial park. On December 27, 2006, Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3427QD-UBND approving the detailed construction planning of Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, according to which, Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park has a total area of 143.02 ha. After 2 times of planning adjustment in Decision No. 692/QD-UBND and Decision No. 2748/QD-UBND of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, the current actual area of Ham Kiem I Industrial Park is 132.67 ha with Total investment capital is 273,419,910,000 VND, invested by Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Services - Trading - Consulting Joint Stock Company as an investor in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure. The production land area of Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park is 90.78 ha, accounting for 68.42% of the total area of the whole zone.

- Area of industrial land with completed infrastructure and ready for lease: 51.3 ha.
Technical infrastructure system: Has been built synchronously, ensuring the standards of a Green-Clean-Beautiful-Modern Industrial Park.
Traffic: Main road 45m, internal road from 24-35m, paved with asphalt concrete, designed to bear H30 load according to Vietnamese standards.
Power supply: 110/22KV; capacity 2*63 MVA
Water supply: Currently, the projects in the IP are supplied with water by Phan Thiet Water Plant with a capacity of 18,000m3/day; By 2020, Ham Kiem Industrial Park Water Plant (01 km from the Industrial Park) with a capacity of 20,000m3/day and night will serve projects in the IP.
Contact information: The 5,000-digit telephone network connects to the telecommunications system of Binh Thuan province.
Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 6,000m3/day, of which phase 1: 2,000m3/day has been put into operation. Enterprises treat to column B - standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, Concentrated wastewater treatment plant of industrial park treats wastewater to column A - standard QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.

+ By road: Near National Highway 1A, far from City. Ho Chi Minh City 190km (more than 2 hours by car), far from Ho Chi Minh City. Phan Thiet 9 km.
