Spinning – textiles; processing canned food and beverage; production of consumer goods, household goods, packaging of all kinds, leather shoes (not tanning); mechanical assembly, production of mechanical components; household wood processing, handicrafts; producing ceramic and ceramic tiles for interior decoration; assembling electronics, household appliances, computer components, communication and sensors; processing cosmetics and preparations; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) extraction; warehousing services (transshipment and warehousing services); fertilizer production, for organic fertilizers (without using raw materials); production of animal, poultry, shrimp and fish feed (not producing fishmeal from raw materials); pharmaceutical production; manufactures building materials, concrete and products from concrete, cement and plaster.
Land rent and expenses:
- Land rental price: 38-45 USD/m2 (price exclusive of VAT, one-time payment, depending on location);
