1. Geographical location.

Cat Trinh industrial park belongs to Phu Kim and Phu Nhon villages, Cat Trinh commune, Phu Cat district, located on national highway 1A; 38km from the city center and Quy Nhon seaport; 6km from Phu Cat airport; 25km from Dieu Tri railway station. There are limits as follows:

+ To the North: Chop Vung Mountain and the residential area of Phu Kim village.

+ The South borders: residential areas of Phu Kim and Phu Nhon villages.

+ To the East: Suoi Chay.

+ To the West: National Highway 1A and Cat Trinh service residential area.

2. Land use planning.

The detailed planning of Cat Trinh Industrial Park was approved according to Decision No. 634/QD-CTUBND dated April 4, 2012 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Total planned land area: 368.1 ha
