Hoa Khanh Industrial Park was established according to Decision 343/QD-TTg dated April 18, 1998 of the Prime Minister, is part of the former Lien Chieu - Hoa Khanh Industrial Park and was assigned to the Construction Joint Venture Company. and Quang Nam - Da Nang House Business as the investor with a planned area of 423.5 hectares and a total investment capital of 49,956 million USD. In which, phase 1 is deployed with an area of 162 hectares, and an investment capital of 25,632 million USD.

Hoa Khanh Industrial Park was established according to Decision 343/QD-TTg dated April 18, 1998 of the Prime Minister, is part of the former Lien Chieu - Hoa Khanh Industrial Park and was assigned to the Construction Joint Venture Company. and Quang Nam - Da Nang House Business as the investor with a planned area of 423.5 hectares and a total investment capital of 49,956 million USD. In which, phase 1 is deployed with an area of 162 hectares, and an investment capital of 25,632 million USD. In 2000, the investment and business of industrial park infrastructure was transferred to Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company as an investor. On March 11, 2002, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a Decision Decree No. 1675/QD-UB to recover land and allocate land to Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company to lease land to invest in building and trading in technical infrastructure of Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Phase 2 with an area of 111.5 hectares. On January 19, 2009, according to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 101/QD-TTg, the area of Hoa Khanh Industrial Park was adjusted down to 365 ha according to . Currently, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park is planned with a total area of 395.72 ha according to Decision No. 7161/QD-UBND dated September 18, 2009 of Da Nang City People's Committee.

Hoa Khanh Industrial Park prioritizes to attract mechanical engineering, assembly, electronics, and garment industries; Processing agricultural, forestry and seafood products; Post-petrochemical products such as packaging, plastic; High-grade building materials with medium and small scale. Currently, the industrial park has attracted nearly 200 investment projects, in which, foreign investment projects account for 26%, total foreign investment capital is about 5000 billion VND. The occupancy rate of Hoa Khanh industrial park reaches 100%.

Geographical location

Hoa Khanh Industrial Park is located in Hoa Khanh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. The North borders residential areas and National Highway 1A, the South borders residential areas, the West borders the foot of Phuoc Tuong mountain, the East borders National Highway 1A. Hoa Khanh Industrial Park is located in the central area of Da Nang city, adjacent to residential areas, creating favorable conditions for traffic and taking advantage of local labor resources.

The industrial park has a convenient traffic connection network, with easy access to key locations by road, rail, sea, air and inland waterways. Specifically: 20km from Tien Sa seaport, 10km from Da Nang International Airport, 10km from Da Nang city center to the south, 09km from railway station, 13km from Han river port, 5km from Lien Chieu port.

With its location in the central district of Da Nang City, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park also takes advantage of the city's available service infrastructure. Da Nang is currently the largest financial center of the Central - Central Highlands region, with 57 bank branches. In addition, Da Nang is also considered as one of the three largest postal centers in the country with all types of modern and convenient services. INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION OF HOA KHANH INDUSTRIAL PARK

Hoa Khanh Industrial Park is invested with synchronous and modern infrastructure, ensuring the production and business needs of enterprises in the industrial park.

Regarding internal traffic, the internal traffic system is designed with a main trunk road of 24.5m wide and internal trunk roads of two types, 15m wide and 10.5m wide. The total number of kilometers of internal roads is 19.29km long and roads connecting with national highways and provincial roads are 2.56km long. The internal road is designed in the form of a checkerboard to ensure easy access to each plot of land in the industrial park.

In terms of power supply, power is supplied from the national grid through the 500KV Hoa Cam substation, Cam Le District. The industrial park is built with 02 intermediate substations 110/22KV- 40MVA and 22KV/0.4KV- 0.23KV. The power line system is fully invested to ensure connection to each factory in the industrial park.

Regarding water supply, the industrial park uses clean water supply from the airport water plant with a capacity of 30,000m3/day and night to serve businesses in the industrial park. The water supply network ensures supply to the fences of businesses.

Regarding wastewater treatment, Due to the good terrain and synchronous investment, it can be affirmed that the drainage system of Da Nang city is the best compared to other cities in the country. The industrial park is designed with 2 separate drainage systems for industrial wastewater and rainwater. Rainwater automatically flows into the collection wells through the system of ditches leading to the river. Industrial wastewater is treated at grade 1 at factories of grade B quality, then is piped to a level 2 treatment area by a biological meter of quality A before being discharged into the river. The whole industrial park has a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 5,000 m3/day and night, which has been put into use since 2007.

Regarding the telecommunications system, telephone lines and ADSL are ready to be provided and connected to each enterprise. Internet services are provided by the leading network operators in the country, ensuring the quality of transmission lines for manufacturing enterprises in industrial zones.

Investment incentives

Hi-tech enterprises and supporting industries are entitled to corporate income tax incentives in accordance with law. Accordingly, the preferential tax rate is 10% for 15 years, exemption for 4 years, 50% reduction for the next 9 years. The applied incentives are calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the investment project; in case an enterprise has no taxable income in the first 3 years since it has revenue from an investment project, the tax exemption or reduction period is counted from the fourth year.

Regarding import tax, enterprises are exempt from import tax on goods creating fixed assets for the project, including: Equipment, machinery; Specialized means of transport in the technological chain and means of transporting workers; Components, details, separate parts, spare parts, jigs, molds, accessories accompanying specialized equipment, machinery and means of transport; Raw materials and supplies used to manufacture equipment and machines in technological lines or to manufacture components, details, separate parts, spare parts, jigs, molds and accessories accompanying the equipment , machines; Construction materials cannot be produced domestically.
