The internal traffic system has a width of 22.25m - 43.0m in connection with the external traffic network such as National Highway 1A; Nam Cam - Cua Lo street; North-South railway

The electricity capacity of the whole industrial park is 21.5 MVA. The temporary power source is supplied from the 110/35/22 KV station of the Lo. It is expected to invest in building 110/35/22 KV transformer station (2x40 MVA)
- Water
The water source is taken from Vinh city's water plant and brought to the industrial park by a Φ500 pipeline, using a level II pumping station with a capacity of Q = 17,500 m3 /day and night to supply it to the industrial pipeline network.
- Wastewater treatment
Wastewater is treated locally in each Factory, Enterprise (reaching C-TCVN 5945-195), then follows a separate pipe leading to the common treatment area of the Industrial Park with a capacity of 2x2,000m3/day and night. When treated to meet environmental standards (level B - TCVN 5945-195), it is pumped to the conditioning reservoir and then drained into the Cam River in each basin.
- Communications
There has been a system of optical cable lines and wired lines going through; The national microwave column is 3 km from the industrial park. Nam Cam Post Office right next to the industrial park
