This is also an area in the development plan of the Southeast economic zone of Nghe An province.

Tho Loc Industrial Park is planned as a multi-sector general industrial park such as mechanical engineering, manufacturing of spare parts, manufacturing of precision mechanical equipment, digital assembly; agro-forestry-fishery processing; manufactures consumer goods such as textiles, investments, electronics, high-end refrigeration, electrical equipment, and high-quality electrical appliances. Up to now, only the export packaging factory of ECO international packaging joint stock company with an investment of about 100 billion dong has been put into operation, dealing with nearly 500 employees.
