Dinh Huong Industrial Park - Northwest Thanh Hoa Province Station was established under Decision No. 913/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Industrial Park was established in Dong Cuong commune, Dong Tho ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province With a total area of 180ha. Dinh Huong Industrial Park - Tay Bac Ga was established on the basis of merging Tay Bac Ga Industrial Park with Dinh Huong Industrial Park and the remaining area is of lots CH1, CN27, KH3 high-grade quartz electronic chip factory. In which, Tay Bac Ga Industrial Park has an area of 133.85ha (for phase 1 and phase 2) with Dinh Huong Industrial Park with an area of 28.85ha.
Currently, the actual area of Dinh Huong Industrial Park - Tay Bac Ga has been adjusted to 202.57ha and has an occupancy rate of more than 90%. The industrial zone is managed by the management board of Nghi Son economic zone (EZ) and industrial zones.
