Le Mon Industrial Park is the first concentrated industrial zone of Thanh Hoa province established by the Prime Minister. According to the approval of investment project on construction and business of infrastructure in Decision No. 186/1998/QD-TTg dated September 25, 1998. After that, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1396/QD-TTg dated October 29, 2001 amending a number of articles of Decision No. 186/1998/QD-TTg. Le Mon is the first concentrated industrial zone of Thanh Hoa province, located in Quang Hung ward, City. Thanh Hoa. Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company is an industrial park infrastructure investor. Le Mon Industrial Park is oriented to be a multi-industry industrial park using modern high technology in accordance with international standards and being environmentally friendly.
Currently, Le Mon Industrial Park has been invested synchronously and relatively completely. The approved items have been basically completed. The industrial park attracts 34 investment projects, creating jobs for about 24,000 workers. The occupancy rate reached 94%.

Power system
Power supply to the industrial park is taken from 110/35/22KV substation. Power source 40MVA. High voltage electricity network is provided along the internal traffic in the industrial park.

Water system
Clean water is provided with a capacity of 5,000m3/day from the clean water plant. Water is supplied to the factory fence by an international standard water supply pipe system.
Sewage and rainwater drainage system
They are arranged along the roads and concentrated on the treatment station of the industrial park. Drain pipe diameter D600mm- D800mm and it's automatic drainage system.
Process rubbish
Solid waste from the factory is classified, collected and transferred to the concentrated waste dump according to the regulations of the town.
