Phong Dien - Viglacera Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province in Decision No. 2854/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2014, the investor unit is Viglacera Corporation - JSC to implement the project "Investment" and building infrastructure business in Phong Dien - Viglacera Industrial Park". The total area of the Industrial Park is 284.32ha, invested and built into 3 phases, Phase 1 with a total area of 64ha has completed the compensation and clearance work, has been granted a certificate of land use right. November 21, 2016. Phase 2, including 02 phases (phase 1 with a total area of 46.2 ha, phase 2 with a total area of 42.1 ha). Currently, there has been a decision to approve the 42ha plan. Phong Dieu Viglacera Industrial Park is one of the IPs approved by the Prime Minister in the master plan for socio-economic development of Thua Thien Hue province until 2015, with a vision to 2020. This is a multi-purpose mixed-use industrial zone. industry, high technology, towards low-polluting industries such as electricity industry, electronics and information technology, agro-forestry-fishery processing, food and beverage, textile, construction materials , mining and mineral processing.... The industrial park is invested methodically, synchronously and modernly, ensuring basic infrastructure conditions for businesses to operate and produce.
Regarding the internal traffic system, the industrial park is designed with main and internal roads, with the width of the main road 35m, the width of the internal axis 16.5m. The roads are designed in the form of a checkerboard to ensure easy access to each plot of land.
Regarding the power supply, the power is supplied from the national grid through an intermediate substation 110/22KV-40MVA, the power line system is fully invested to ensure connection to each factory in the industrial park. .
Regarding water supply, Phong Dien - Viglacera industrial park is designed with a water supply with an expected capacity of 11,000m3/day to serve businesses in the industrial park. The water supply network ensures supply to the fences of businesses.
Regarding wastewater treatment, the IP is designed with two separate drainage systems for industrial wastewater and rainwater. Rainwater automatically flows into the collection wells through the system of ditches leading to the river. Currently, the industrial park has completed the construction of a centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 8,500m3/day.
Regarding the telecommunications system, telephone lines and ADSL are ready to be provided and connected to each enterprise. Internet services are provided by leading domestic network operators, ensuring the quality of transmission lines for manufacturing enterprises in industrial zones.0
Rental costs
