INFORMATION OF LONG GIANG INDUSTRIAL PARK

Long Giang Industrial Park was established on November 26, 2007 under Investment Certificate No. 532043000007 issued by the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Tien Giang province. The industrial park is planned to be located in Tan Lap 1 commune, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province on a planned land use scale of 540 hectares. The project's investor is Long Giang Industrial Park Development Company Limited (LJIP) with a total investment capital of more than 100 million USD and an operating term of 50 years (From 2007-2057).

Long Giang Industrial Park infrastructure investment project was first approved by the People's Committee of Tien Giang province with a detailed planning scale of 1/2000 in Decision No. 625/QD-UBND dated March 10, 2008 and adjusted. most recently in Decision No. 14/QD-UBND dated January 4, 2019. According to the approved planning, Long Giang Industrial Park has a total area of industrial land for lease of 383.25 hectares (accounting for 70.97%), the construction area of technical works is 13.43 hectares (accounting for 2.49%), the remaining is green area, transportation system and other infrastructure facilities.

In terms of nature, Long Giang Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park, which focuses on attracting investment projects in the following industry groups:

- Group 1: Electronics-refrigeration, mechanical assembly industry;

- Group 2: Wood production, equipment production, household goods, rubber industry;

Water supply system: all clean water needs in Long Giang industrial park are guaranteed to be provided by the internal clean water supply and treatment system with a water supply capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night from the water source. underground, capable of expanding to a maximum of 48,000 m3/day and night according to actual water use needs. Water samples are regularly tested to ensure water supply standards follow Vietnam's clean water standards.
