Investment incentive policy
This industrial park is located in an area with difficult socio-economic conditions and is entitled to incentives under List C of the Government. That is not to mention the province's investment incentive policies such as land rent exemption from 12 to 15 years, free use of infrastructure for 5 years, exemption from corporate income tax for the first 4 years and a 50% reduction in the first 4 years.
