My Xuan B1 Industrial Park - Dai Duong was approved by the Prime Minister in the General Planning for the development of industrial parks in Vietnam to 2015, with an orientation to 2020 in Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21 /2006. On December 1, 2006, the Management Board of Ba Ria Vung Tau Industrial Parks issued the first investment certificate for the infrastructure development and business project of My Xuan B1 Industrial Park - Dai Duong according to the Investment Registration Certificate. number 49221000009.

On July 18, 2007, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province issued Decision No. 2441/QD-UBND with the content of land recovery to serve the purpose of building My Xuan B1 - Ocean industrial park.
