The digital transformation plan of the Construction industry includes 6 very specific goals, such as: First, perfecting the institution to serve the digital transformation of the Ministry of Construction. The second is to complete the construction and operation of the e-Government by the Ministry of Construction, towards a digital government by 2025. To focus resources on the task of digital transformation, the Ministry of Construction has prioritized 6 groups of fields to focus on implementation. The Ministry of Construction has been implementing 21/32 tasks for the period 2020-2025. For example, the task "Building a list of legal documents, technical regulations, identifiers, code formats for records and documents to serve digital transformation" is part of the task group Perfecting the form. The mechanism to serve the digital transformation of the Industry has been assigned to the Legal Department for implementation. The initial result is a collection of legal documents, assessment of institutional obstacles and proposals for new contents to submit to the Ministry's leadership for amendments and supplements in the sector's legal documents and related fields to encourage innovation and creativity, to meet the requirements of digital transformation and digital economy.
