Profiled steels are H, U, C shaped steel structures .. which are molded from billets and have certain dimensions.

Weld

Noodles
This stage overcomes the disadvantages of the process of welding components that are prone to warping due to high temperatures. To ensure that the components have the correct installation accuracy, the components must be aligned and checked carefully before moving on to the next stage.
Welding reinforced rib plate
The components that have shaped and calibrated the reinforcement ribs are hand-welded by skilled welders to ensure accuracy.
Surface cleaning and blasting
Components are cleaned surface rust and treated with a blasting machine before painting
Paint
The durability of steel structures depends on the process of coating surface treatment to protect the components, especially the joints under the effects of the environment. Components are painted with 1 layer of anti-rust paint and 2 layers of color paint with color depending on requirements
The manufactured components are gathered for inspection according to the design drawing number and transported to the construction and erection site.
