In column: 20 mm
In foundation beam: 30 mm
In the nail:
Mounting: 30 mm
Entire block with concrete lining: 35 mm
Entire block without concrete lining: 70 mm
Concrete spacers are mainly manufactured with dimensions based on standard molds. Combined with a concrete mixer or hand mixer, the concrete will be compacted and have higher strength than when produced manually. Therefore, the difference in distance is unlikely to happen.
Because when pouring concrete, the compressive force caused by workers traveling or pushing storks on the steel structure, if the layout of the floor is too thin, it will easily deform the original steel structure, so spread the spacer about 0.8m to 1.0m. again. Just like that, in 1m2 of floor each layer should arrange 4-5 concrete millet.
