1. General understanding of the foundation
- The foundation needs to be carefully calculated on the basis of studying relevant documents on the geology of the soil and the work load capacity.
- Through calculation and study of construction data, the reinforced concrete foundation solution for the project is a reasonable option.
- Reinforced concrete foundation is processed steel, poured at the construction site.
- The foundation is made of two types of ice nails and single nails. Formwork for pouring concrete foundation using wood formwork that has been processed and erected.
- The position of the foundation is determined and presented on the drawing marked on the construction site.
- In order to avoid groundwater flow, if it rains, it will hinder the construction process, so arrange small ditches, water collection pits, pumps around the foundation pit to drain water to clean the foundation pit.
- Dig the foundation of each area of each block into a common foundation pit. After the excavation is completed, the foundation will be compacted and the foundation concrete will be poured.
- The foundation structure consists of two parts: foundation calyx and foundation momentum.
2. Construction of the foundation
Phase 1: Concrete foundation construction:
- Pour concrete 4x6 stone foundation, mark 100, 100 thick, 100 wider than foundation base in each direction.
- Pour by hand, use the table carefully, determine the heart of the nail.
- The steel used for the footing is 14a150, which is machined on-site.
- The connection between the foundation neck steel and the footing end steel must ensure the required length for the design. Tie the millet into the reinforcement according to the protection layer requirements.
- Align reinforcement according to foundation center and fixed.
- Making steel for the foundation, foundation momentum.
- Install and adjust the reinforcement of the foundation, foundation momentum.
- Assemble the foundation board, foundation deck, foundation momentum.
- Pouring concrete to connect piles and foundations.
- Pour concrete foundation mark 250.
- Clean the reinforcement layer, coffa and the concrete lining.
- Concrete is mixed with a pear mixer.
- Carrying out manual pouring of concrete to the bottom of the pedestal.
- Use a spatula to thoroughly compact the concrete.
Maintenance of foundation concrete after pouring:
- Carry out maintenance after pouring 1 session.
- For people to water 4 times in a week.
- Cover the nail surface with a sack to ensure moisture for the nail.
- Dismantle foundation formwork.
- After pouring concrete 01 day, proceed to remove the foundation formwork and foundation neck.
- Remove the formwork according to the technical requirements to avoid damaging the structure
Phase 2: Foundation beams work:
- Reinforced reinforced concrete foundation beam of grade 250, with the following cross-sections:
- Fabrication and erection of steel reinforcement
- The longitudinal reinforcement and the belt reinforcement are processed at the factory according to the design dimensions.
- Steel is tied to the frame and snaps into place.
- Tie the 30mm thick millet to the reinforcement to ensure the thickness of the concrete layer protecting the reinforcement.
- Processing and erecting wooden or steel formwork.
- Formwork is processed and packed into boxes.
- Put the formwork in place and adjust to the right design position.
- After adjusting, fix the formwork with wooden sticks or purlins
- Cleaning formwork, reinforcement.
- Conduct pre-acceptance test of formwork and reinforcement of foundation beams.
- Mixing and pouring concrete.
- Dress carefully with a dress.
- Dismantling formwork
- After 1 day of pouring concrete, remove the foundation beam formwork.
- Remove the formwork according to the technical requirements to avoid damaging the structure.
