Phuoc Dong Industrial Park (Go Dau District & Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam) is planned according to Decision No. 1477/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province. The total area of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park is 2191.97 ha, located in the Complex of 3,285 ha. Altitude: 12–17 m above sea level. Flat terrain, hard ground.

Phuoc Dong Industrial Park is located in two districts and towns, Go Dau District and Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. Located in the heart of Tay Ninh province is the main connection point between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh, two important economic and cultural centers of Vietnam and Cambodia. Tay Ninh is the western gateway of Vietnam connecting Cambodia and Thailand markets through Moc Bai international border gate and other national border gates.
DT 782 is the most important and largest road connecting to Phuoc Dong Industrial Park. DT 782-784 is one of the important roads of the province in socio-economic development. According to the plan, DT 782 is a grade II technical motorway with a design speed of 100 km/h; asphalt concrete road surface with 4 lanes, 15m wide, with median strip between. This route connects with National Highway 22B, which is very convenient for transporting goods to Ho Chi Minh City. The project is invested with the State budget.

Planning - Layout
Phuoc Dong Industrial - Urban - Service Complex is divided into three phases: Phuoc Dong Industrial Park phase 1 and phase 2 focus on leasing land/industrial factory, phase 3: Urban areas - resettlement. Currently, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park phase 1 has been filled with 90% of the land rental rate.
Phuoc Dong Industrial Park Phase 2 is being deployed for infrastructure leasing, attracting high-tech and less labor-intensive industries such as assembling, manufacturing electronic components, computers and semiconductors; telecommunications cables and materials; electrical equipment; pharmaceuticals, medical equipment; exact mechanics; industries producing new materials, nanotechnology and industries with advanced technology that do not pollute the environment.
