The factory is invested and constructed by Sao Dau Co., Ltd. with the goal of leasing. The construction period of the project is expected to be within 5 months from 31.05.2020 by the general contractor BIC.

The project of a workshop for rent of Sao Dau Company Limited in Dau Giay Industrial Park has the scale of 110,000 m2 including 10 workshops with two types of 10,000m2 and 5000 m2. Phase 1 is to build a factory with an area of 10,000m2, and other ancillary works such as pumping stations, security houses, garbage houses, capacitors and garage, which is invested by Sao Dau Co., Ltd. The general contractor of the project is BIC Construction Design Joint Stock Company.
