LEED is a set of certification system for green buildings issued by the United States (US.Green Building Council - USGBC) was born in 1995 in the US. This is a pioneering international standard in terms of building energy-saving buildings, houses, residential areas and protecting human living environment. The LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainable achievement.

In addition, to obtain certificates with different levels such as Certified certificate (40 - 49 points), Silver (50 - 59 points), Gold (60 - 79 points) or Platinum (80 points or more).
