At the 3rd session, term XIV, term 2021 - 2026, Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Council approved the Resolution on general planning tasks to build Phu Binh Industrial - Urban - Service Park with an area of 900 ha, of which 675 ha industrial land and 225ha of urban - service land.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee had submitted a proposal to the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province to approve the task of general investment planning for this project.
According to the content of the report, the boundary of the planning study area belongs to Tan Hoa commune, Luong Phu commune and Huong Son town, Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province. The specific boundaries are determined as follows: The North borders on agricultural land and residential areas in Tan Hoa and Tan Thanh communes; The South borders on the V ring road in the Hanoi Capital region; The East borders agricultural land and residential areas in Tan Hoa and Luong Phu communes; The West borders on Provincial Road 269B; agricultural land, residential area of Huong Son town, Tan Hoa commune.
Total planning area is 900ha, including: Industrial area 675ha; urban area - service 225ha; The estimated population in the planning area of urban - service areas by 2040 is 20,000 people.
Phu Binh Industrial - Urban - Service Zone is planned in the direction of being a multi-sector industrial park, developing in the direction of ecology, modernity and environmental friendliness; urban area - service with supporting function, providing social utility services for industrial park (expected to include functional subdivisions: housing, hospital, school, research center and development, business incubation center and a number of other necessary socio-economic work items), invested and built to ensure effective and sustainable development in terms of socio-economy, environment. industrial zone.
