According to the Ministry of Transport, in June 2022, there are 4 projects that will be completed construction procedures.
Specifically, the Ring Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City, the Tan Van-Nhon Trach section, moved the construction plan from May 2022 to June due to the delay in bidding and the need to consult the sponsor.
After the Ministry of Transport, the My Thuan Project Management Board issued a document to urge the sponsor, so far, two construction and installation bidding packages that are expected to start construction have approved the technical proposal and completely could start this month.
The remaining three projects started construction in June, including: Complete investment project of National Highway 32C, section through Viet Tri city (Phu Tho); the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 31 through Bac Giang and the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 12A, the Ba Don bypass and the Song Giang cement factory bypass through the territory of Quang Binh province.
According to the Ministry of Transport, component project 1A of the Tan Van-Nhon Trach section, phase 1 of the Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, is about 8.75km long; of which 6.3km goes through Dong Nai and 2.45km goes through Ho Chi Minh City.
The starting point of the project is to intersect provincial road 25B (Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai) and the end point of intersection with the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay highway in Thu Duc city (Ho Chi Minh City). .
The project is built with the scale of level 3 plain road, design speed 80km/h. Total investment is 5,329.5 billion VND, including ODA loan from the Korean Government and counterpart capital from the Government of Vietnam.
Meanwhile, the complete investment project of National Highway 32C, section through Viet Tri city (Phu Tho) has the starting point at Lam Hac bridge (Km11+600) and the end point of the project at Phong Chau bridge (Km21+100). The total length is about 9.5 km.
The project is invested to complete the remaining road surface on the left side of the route; bridge gauge is equal to roadbed gauge. The total investment of the project is estimated at 160 billion VND.
The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 31, section Km2+400-Km44+900 (section of Bac Giang city and Luc Ngan district) has a length of 39.1km. The starting point is at the intersection with National Highway 1, Bac Giang city. End point at the intersection with provincial road 290, Luc Ngan district).
The project is invested according to the standard of level 3 plain road, 2 lanes for motor vehicles, design speed 80km/h (section through densely populated areas and urban areas, design speed 60 km/h). The roadbed is 12m wide, the road surface is 7m wide. The total investment of the project is expected to be more than 863 billion VND.
About the project of construction, renovation and upgrading of National Highway 12A, the Ba Don bypass and the Song Giang cement factory bypass through Quang Binh province has a total length of nearly 11km, including 2 sections: The long bypass of Ba Don town nearly 6km of investment according to the scale of the road bed is 12m wide, the road surface is 11m wide, the design speed is 80km/h.
The section avoiding Song Giang cement factory is more than 5km long, invested according to the scale of the roadbed 9m wide, 8m wide road surface, design speed 60km/h. Preliminary total project investment is more than 474 billion.
Investment capital to upgrade the three national highway projects mentioned above is taken from the state budget, arranged for the medium-term plan for the period of 2021-2025./.
