Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park was established on September 10, 2009 in An Hoa commune, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province with the predecessor Bourbon An Hoa industrial park, which was approved by the Prime Minister on the policy in Official Dispatch. No. 595/TTg-KTN dated April 23, 2008 on adjustment and addition of industrial parks in Tay Ninh province to the development planning of industrial zones in Vietnam; Currently, the Industrial Park is synchronously and modernly planned to become a model urban, service and industrial zone of the province. The investor of the industrial park is Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. With the approved project land use scale of 1,020 hectares, the industrial land area is up to 760 hectares, accounting for 75% of the industrial park area and in addition, the land area of the warehouse and port area is 184 hectares, the residential area is 76 hectares. ha.
