Cai Mep Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 399/2002/QD-TTg dated May 10, 2002 of the Prime Minister with a scale of 670 hectares in Phuoc Hoa commune, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Now Phuoc Hoa and Tan Phuoc Wards, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, the industrial park's operating term ends on May 10, 2052.
On October 27, 2005, the Ministry of Construction approved the Planning of Cai Mep Industrial Park according to Decision No. 2005/QD-BXD.
Accordingly, the area of industrial land for lease on the total area of the entire area is 462.5352 hectares, the goal of attracting investment in projects in heavy industrial fields that need specialized ports such as: gas processing industry , Petroleum; Metallurgical; mechanical manufacturing industries; maritime transportation services; Food Processing

Power supply system: Electricity produced in Cai Mep Industrial Park is supplied through a 110KV/ 22KV line connected from the National grid.
Water supply system: Clean water is supplied from Toc Tien water plant through pipeline D300-D500
Wastewater treatment system: According to design, the Industrial Park has two wastewater treatment stations in the North and South areas with treatment capacities of 7,500 m3 and 5,500 m3/day and night, respectively. Phase 1 of the North Division's wastewater treatment system has been put into operation with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night, capable of treating wastewater with input standards reaching column B according to environmental technical regulations. of Vietnam
Internal roads: Main roads and branch roads in Cai Mep Industrial Park have widths of 19.5 m, 24m, 35m, are designed with many lanes, meeting the transportation capacity in the area well.
Industrial gas supply system: There is a gas supply system available for customers who need to use gas
