2. Domestic traffic:
- The internal traffic system is planned by the investor in a synchronous and modern manner with a network of asphalt roads evenly distributed throughout the industrial park with a road width of 26-77m.
3. Waterway transportation:
- In the planning area, there are existing canals such as T6 canal, Bo Bo canal, ... going to Vam Co Tay and Vam Co Dong rivers, capable of serving small tonnage water transport vehicles.
- The investor will invest in building a waterway connecting the project's Northern Ranh canal with Vam Co Dong river, the waterway is expected to be 8,350m long with a total cost of nearly 435 billion VND. This waterway allows barges of 1000 DWT to circulate, equivalent to a level III inland waterway.
Electric supplying system:
- Taken from Thu Thua 110/22 KV - 2 x 40MVA transformer station through the existing 22KV line along National Highway N2 leading to Viet Phat industrial park.

Water supply system:
- The factory provides clean water in the Industrial Park with a capacity of 29,315m³/day and night, ensuring adequate supply for the production and daily life needs of the entire Industrial Park.

- Arrange 3 wastewater treatment stations in separate clusters, with a total capacity equivalent to 24,000m³/day.
- Wastewater after being treated at the centralized wastewater treatment station to meet standards will be led into the monitoring lake for monitoring before being discharged into the canal.
