Overview of Saigon Hi-Tech Park

Saigon Hi-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City is considered an attractive destination primarily due to the following factors:

Prime location of District 9 High-Tech Park - Thu Duc City

Situated in Tan Phu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, the High-Tech Park occupies a strategically evaluated geographical position with notable highlights.

Located at the Northeastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City:

- Adjacent to Hanoi Highway and Ring Road 2.

- Close proximity to Metro Line 1 Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien.

- Surrounded by 42 industrial parks and export processing zones.

The location of the high-tech park project also creates convenient connections

In the future, with the completion of Ring Road 3, the distance from the high-tech park to satellite cities in Dong Nai, Long An, as well as major industrial zones in Vung Tau, will significantly decrease.

This promises to create favorable conditions for experts, researchers, and intellectuals to work and live in this area. It is indeed a prime location, a golden area for investment, construction, and factory design.

The objective of this park is to link and provide comprehensive support for the first high-tech park. This holds the promise of creating a robustly developing high-tech ecosystem in the region.

Saigon Hi-Tech Park shines as a focal point in the eastern economic region.

In the future, Saigon Hi-Tech Park will emerge as one of the three main pillars of the new city, alongside the financial center of Thu Thiem in District 2 and the National University Village in Thu Duc City. This area will attract numerous large corporations and international experts, as well as domestic talents, to work and reside.

With the robust development of research and training centers, coupled with the presence of leading corporations and experts, Saigon Hi-Tech Park creates a professional and promising working environment for businesses. Major projects in education and factory construction by prominent entities such as Hutech Research and Training Institute, FPT University, VietJet Air Training School, Samsung Group, and Dien Quang have already established their presence here.
