Compared with the past, only nearly 40% of stone production is provided for construction needs, more than 60% of the remaining stone output is purchased by contractors from other provinces.

With the quality of stone at D - Tan Lam block quarry, it can only be used as a common building material.
It is known that the quarry units at Block A - Tan Lam quarry have made a written request to all levels to consider to remove the limestone mine from Block D - Tan Lam from the cement production planning; at the same time applying for permits for 4 units to exploit as common building materials.
