Viet Phat Industrial Park is located in Tan Long Commune, Thu Thua District, Long An Province, covering a massive area of 1,214 hectares. It is invested and managed by Tan Thanh Long An Investment Joint Stock Company.

Construction of Viet Phat IP commenced on May 17, 2020, and by the end of 2021, 160 hectares had been completed, meeting the necessary conditions to welcome secondary investors.
