My Xuan B1 Industrial Park, also known as My Xuan B1 Industrial Park - CONAC was established on April 14, 1998 according to Decision No. 300/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister in the communes of My Xuan, Hac Dich, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, now My Xuan Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province with an expected planning area of 200 hectares with an initial investment capital of 266 billion VND and construction period. The operating term is 50 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Decision.

On November 3, 2006, the Ministry of Construction approved the first planning of My Xuan B1 Industrial Park in Decision No. 1509/QD-BXD and was adjusted by the People's Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province through Document No. 2284/QD-UBND dated October 27, 2014, Decision No. 3823/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2016; Decision No. 118/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2018. Accordingly, the total area of the approved industrial park is 227.14 hectares, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 160.41 hectares.

In April 2020, the Prime Minister approved reducing the area of My Xuan B1 Industrial Park from 227.14 hectares to 211.92 hectares and adding 110 hectares to the expanded My Xuan B1 Industrial Park planning.

In terms of nature: My Xuan B1 - Conac Industrial Park is an industrial park that attracts diverse investment including main industries such as: Construction Materials; wood production; Mechanical manufacturing, repair and assembly industry; Electronic assembly industry; Food and food processing industry; Some other industries do not pollute the environment.
