Tan Binh Industrial Park (TBIP) - Binh Duong Province was established on July 9, 2012. TBIP with an area of 352.5 hectares is located in the North of Binh Duong province, in the southern key economic region of Vietnam and is a locality with many industrial parks in the country.
- Document No. 1158/TTg-KTN of the Prime Minister dated July 8, 2010 on adding Tan Binh Industrial Park - Binh Duong province to the Planning for developing industrial parks in Vietnam.

- Decision No. 252/QD-UBND of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued on February 2, 2012 on approving the detailed planning project of Tan Binh Industrial Park in Tan Binh commune, Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province .
- Investment certificate No. 46221001014 issued by Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board for the first time on September 12, 2013.
The location of Tan Binh Industrial Park - Binh Duong province is conveniently located near raw materials from Binh Phuoc and the Central Highlands provinces, especially abundant sources of wood and latex from rubber trees provided by the Company. Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company and member units of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group.
